Balcony furniture and view. Newer bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Hot tub and indoor pool great. Staff need to clean up plants around hot tub. Outdoor pool looked nice but water too cold even for us Northern folks. Great beach area.

The best thing about the condo is the location and ease of beach access. Beautiful view from the balcony.

We had trouble from the moment we arrived to find that the lock didn't work. We called Vacasa and they got a local worker to come help immediately (so they do have the ability to contact them when they want to). The man who showed up verified that the lock only opened occasionally, and then he showed us a trick to get it to open more often. He said he would be by the next morning to replace the lock, but he never showed. Then my daughter was trying to take a shower, but the shower doors would not slide by each other easily to open or close them. The door actually wouldn't close completely, and when my tiny daughter tried to close it, the whole glass panel fell offontop of herin the shower. The bedroom door's doorknob was severely damaged and so the door would lock itself every time the knob turned. I reported all of these things while I was trying to get Vacasa to fix the wifi, but they seemed uninterested. I did finally talk with one woman toward the end of the trip about getting a discount on the stay to offset the money I had to lay out to get internet access, but unsurprisingly I never received anything. I ended up spending half of my vacation desperately trying to get Vacasa to help get me internet access because I had some work to attend to and the kids wanted to be able to watch tv (they claim the units have cable, but the tvs have Roku sticks that require the internet to work). Stormy days on vacation are much easier with kids if you don't have the internet disabled. I was expecting at least the illusion of trying to help, but instead I was given the same excuse every time...they sent a message to local staff who would take care of it. On the 2nd day I even asked if I could get contact information for the lical staff. Vacasa said they could not give me a phone number, but if I called Vacasa they could connect me to locals. So I called. They did not connect me to anyone. The condo was a bit problematic, but honestly the bunkbed prison mattresses were the only big issue with the unit itself. The management by Vacasa and the lack of respect, action, or anything remotely helpful coming out of contacting them were egregious. Had they actually contacted ANYONE local, it seems like they could have gotten us the info on the other wifi option immediately and saved a lot of trouble and bad feelings. Avoid at all costs.
