We loved this house! It’s big and so close to the beach

This was our second time to stay in this condo but first to rent through Vacasa. They made the process seamless. The house is as described. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils better than any we have ever stayed in. The only suggestion would be to provide more kid friendly glasses and also more blankets for bedding this time of year. Other than than I have no other suggestions. We have came as a family every year except maybe 5 years the past 23 years and definitely plan to rent Lotsa Dunes again! We started out as a family of 5 and we are now a family of 16!

The home was not clean upon arrival. Items from previous guests were on the furniture. There were other small issues, but the major problem was black mold all over most of the vents in the home. I submitted photos and videos to Vacasa, and was told someone from the local team would reach out. I checked in regularly for updates and was told there were none. After our stay was over, someone reached out and said they submitted our information. I checked in for future updates, but have not heard back from anyone. Extremely disappointing in any situation, but especially for the price. They handled this health and safety issue very poorly. I can't imagine ignoring the problem will do them any favors in the long run.

We loved everything! The pool was great for the kids. It was a short walk to the beach. It had plenty of space for all of us. We would stay here again!!
