We loved that it was close to the elevator. It was a quiet condo and the balcony views were the best! Especially for watching the sunrise and sunset!

Pros-Loved the view and the balcony chair set up. The condo location, generally, is good and a clean beach close to the state park. Nicely decorated. Cons- needs updates and it would be better: shower leaks on floor and is very small (think RV), master bed and sofa are very uncomfortable and our backs hurt (also no blankets in condo until requested and heater only goes to 67), no beach towels for guests, at first glance it was nice and seemed clean but we found some things that were gross, the lighthouse (not the owners fault) doesn’t seem to enforce the no smoking and some tools smoked pot/cigars/cigarettes on their balconies making it stink. Overall, I don’t think I would stay at Lighthouse again at any condo.

Our second stay at the Lighthouse condos. Our first stay was on the 12th floor and that condo was slightly more luxurious than this one. It was hard to tell if the extra sheets for the sofa bed were clean, as they were wadded up in a corner. Also, the extra comforter was definitely not clean. Fortunately, we did not need to use them. I feel confident the Vacasa folks would have attended to that if I would have asked them to. That being said, the location is fantastic and the ease of getting to and from the beach can’t be beat.

We love staying here. Clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was awesome. Amenities are excellent. Beach access is amazing. Pool area is nice and very clean. Great place To stay.
