Beachfront home on the dunes w/ amazing Gulf views & shared pool

This unit has an amazing location and beautiful views from the balcony! For location, views, & price… we loved it! Would definitely stay again. Minor things at this location made us choice a 4 instead of 5 star, always room for improvement

I have stayed at quite a few vacation rentals and this one was the worst in terms of cleanliness. I am generally ok with some dust here and there or a few crumbs under some furniture. But this was pretty bad. The house needs a major deep clean. My feet were filthy from walking on the floor. The stairway was very dirty. One of the curtains wasn't working in the living room, which made the view not as nice. Which is a major part of the advertisement for this house. Two of the living room curtains were quite dirty. The cabinets need cleaned and repainted as does the trim. The couch was really yucky and had a rip in the arm rest. The leather chair and one of the pillows had what appeared to be blood or ketchup on it. One of the beds had a dead bug in-between the sheet and blanket. The rugs are nasty and need to be replaced. The outside of the building is falling apart and is aged. The stairway outside the house it really yucky too. The garage had crumbling mortar/stucco and was just yucky in general. I was disappointed, to say the least. I wanted to love this property so much, as the view and beach access are WONDERFUL! The balconies on the first and second levels are so nice for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. The views from the living room are great as well. The walk to the beach is quick. There is a hose out by the beach to rinse your feet off which was so nice. The hose/wash area under the house was really gross. I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone until they remodel the house and replaced or cleaned the furniture. I hate to leave a review like this. Again, I wanted to leave a good review but sadly couldn't.

We love the location, the quiet surroundings - everything. We did have an issue arise, but rather than focus on the negative, we’d like to thank the local Vacasa team for trying very hard to make things better. Every business will have a hiccup here and there, what is important to us is that the issue was taken care of. Thank you!

This condo is just wonderful. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for another great time.

I loved everything about this condo. Cleanliness, location, view, and amenities. Will definitely stay again!

We are more about being close as we can to the beach, with it’s sounds and the smell, without actually being down in the sand…this unit is about as good as it gets for what we like, plus it has a great pool if we need to get in the water or lay out.
