This condo was perfect for myself, my wife, and our two kids. The condo is smaller but well-appointed. The location can't be beat! It has a gulf front view and is close to the pool, beach access, and on-site restaurant! Having everyone we need on-site, including a coffee shop, was so nice and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again!

I would love to leave a stellar review, however, I cannot. The home smelled horrible from the minute you walked it. The mold in the bathroom was horrible. Mold around the air ducts in the bathroom and bedroom. Dirty matress covers in the bedroom. Worst furniture I have ever sat on. The only thing that was good was the view, which was beautiful! Aside from that I have nothing positive to say. We would have left the moment we walked in if we could have gotten a full refund. Definitely was not worth what we paid and the time I had to take to clean mold. Then on the second morning there pest control shows up at 8am to spray! No ma'am, schedule that on a day that the unit is vacant. Absolutely a horrible experience with a beautiful view.

Dirty kitchen area, cobwebs in corner of bedroom, and stained furniture. The couch bed was so bad, my kids couldn’t even sleep on it! Overall, it was a good place to stay though, with an excellent ocean view!

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was tidy and well-appointed. It shows it age, but was perfect for a quick trip. The space was great for 2 adults but may be a little tight for more people than that. The beach was excellent and the pools were great in the evenings.
