The location was great and had plenty of room. There was plenty of parking and plenty of room inside.

The house was clean and close to the beach. My only complaint is that the outside trash can was full when we got there. I called and told the and it remained full.

Location and ease of access to the beach. Nice view from the living room. Place was clean, the beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens/towels to use. The dishwasher was broken, and it didn't look like it was going to get fixed anytime soon, and the kitchen didn't have some expected stuff, like measuring cups and spoons.
