Remodeled Condo w Beautiful Gulf View, WiFi, AC & Shared Pools Hot Tubs Tennis

Our family loved the condo. Love being right on the beach. Close to stores and food.

We loved staying in this condo! Amazing beach front views and comfortable accommodations!

Nice view

This condo was large enough for our family of 5- it had a small washing machine dryer combo which was very handy. The A/c worked great and updated refrigerator and freezer. Granite countertops that have been added in the kitchen and vanity bathroom areas seems to be the only “renovation” this condo has seen. Furniture is from the 80s/90s living room rug is absolutely filthy, and patio dining furniture was useless because all of the weaving was ripped and broken I’m sure from a heavy use through the summer. Unit was clean- smelled nice upon arrival. Initial Bedding was clean- although when getting larger blankets from the closets it was obvious these hadn’t been washed prior to our arrival and only 2 blankets for two beds and a pull out. We managed with using our own blanket for the pull out. Beds were comfortable, be forewarned only the living room had a smart tv- and the other tvs barely had any reception for the antenna/cable? Not a huge deal, but if you have kids that like to watch movies at night definitely something to keep in mind. We did love using the pickleball paddles and balls in the front closet. This condo is 100% for the view and the location. We walked right out to the beach and pools each day- kids played on the tennis courts and we could supervise from the patio, this is our third stay at plantation and we will be back- but probably find a condo a little more updated!

We were very disappointed by our stay. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues. The fridge was not cold, the garbage disposal was not working, the dishwasher had a large amount of food in the bottom, there was trash on the ground next to the vanity in the bathroom, there were stains on the couch (possibly hot sauce or blood), and coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. We reached out via the text help line about these issues and received no updates. After several follow ups and a few hours later, we finally received a call on how to change the setting to a warmer temp for the fridge to start working. We had to continue to follow up for days to receive any help with the garbage disposal and by that point, the unit was becoming smelly. Once they came out to fix the disposal, they entered the unit without our express permission. The unit itself could use some updates, specifically the rug in the living room seemed very old and dirty. The electrical cords hanging from the ceiling fan fixtures were also unsightly and dangerous for our young children. The property was nice however, and we enjoyed the amenities including the balcony, the 3 clean pools, onsite dining options, tennis courts, elevator and beach access. Ultimately, due to issues with the housekeeping, management company and the unit itself, we feel obligated to give this property 2 out of 5 stars.

Nice quiet property with great beach views. The kitchen is well stocked but honestly we cooked most meals on the outdoor grills.
