Beach & Gulf-Front House with Beach Views, Balcony, Central AC

Our family has stayed in this home for the last 5 years and have already booked again next year for family vacation 2026. This home has everything we need and we love it. There were seven on this trip and we all agree that this was the best location we could have had. Loved the house, the short walk to the beach and the weather was great. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphin swim by, saw three waterspouts on the one day it rained, walked the beach and found the turtle nests, and was close to all the sights we wanted to see. Took the ferry to Dauphin Island and took the road back to eat at Felix's. Loved Lulu's and went there twice. But proximity from the house location was great. Would definitely book the home again.

This home was the cleanest home we have stayed in after visiting this area for 17 years. Huge props to the clenaing crew and owners for having such high standards. From cleanliness to a well thought out floor plan, comfy beds, and furniture, this home is top notch! The owners have also thought of so many little things to make your stay that much more enjoyable! We loved Captiva and look forward to visiting again!

We loved the house, it was clean, well stocked, one of the houses closest to the water. The house was very kid friendly compared to other houses we have stayed with games for young kids, pack n plays, high chairs all decorative items were up higher so young kids couldn’t reach them. The stairs are pretty steep but they also had a child gate to block them off from kids. The deck has kid safe railing and is a nice composite that does not heat up like most composite decking. The wash station was glorious! Love love love the wash off station, it even had hot and cold water. They also had very nice deck furniture in good shape which made sitting on the deck enticing and enjoyable. The deck even had a gas grill and a drying rack for suits and beach stuff which was awesome because the. We didn’t have stuff hanging hall over the furniture or deck railing.
