Waterfront Plantation Palms condo with shared pool & hot tub, walk to beach

To start off this room is great, it’s of a good size, kitchen is reasonable stocked with cooking utensils, it was very clean and the room has a good view. The only complaint with the room is the dryer don’t work well we have to dry each load of laundry 2-3 times to get them dry. No for why I rated it how I did. We booked this room and the listing said that we would have access to an indoor heated pool and hot tub that are in the dome building. When we arrived we could not get access so we reached out to customer service and they gave use the run around and said someone would be in touch with us the next morning. Nobody called so we had to reach out again and once again was told someone would call us shortly. When they finally did call us back they told us that access to that building was no longer allowed per some hoa change. They did give us a small refund for the loss of amenity but the refund amount was not enough to cover the difference we paid for this room vs one that wasn’t suppose to have a heated pool. Had it been during the summer time and in good weather it wouldn’t have been a big deal but with it being fall the heated pool would have been great especially on the couple days that weather wasn’t good.

Loved the location and view. The toilet in the master bathroom and the dryer need some maintenance but we still enjoyed our stay. It was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we will be back.

Comfortable condo with great amenities! The kitchen is updated and nice with a view of the beach if cooking. The outdoor balcony is huge!! You can spend the day there if needing a break from the sun or on a rainy day. The resort amenities are also awesome. It’s an easy walk to the beach, several pools to choose from, excellent food at the on-site restaurant, and tennis courts as well. We will definitely come back here!

walk-in shower Great, Recliners good, Great to have a washer and dryer. We love the Plantation Palms with the balcony ocean view. In July it was hot, but the stay was Great it had everything we were looking for.

It was wonder for our family

The unit was nice, needs a few more kitchen items. Property needs work! Pools were gross, the boardwalk needs boards replaced as many people were tripping, i hurt my toe and elbow bc of a broken board. Ocean isn’t as pretty as other areas on the Gulf and the jelly fish are terrible!
