Waterfront condo with shared pool & hot tub - near dining & the beach is described as a great value and a wonderful fit for couples, small families, and relaxing beach getaways. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds, homey feel, well-equipped kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, and thoughtful layout that made stays easy and enjoyable. The condo was repeatedly praised for being very clean, cute, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Its location stood out for easy beach and pool access, proximity to dining, and a peaceful setting that still felt convenient to nearby attractions. The balcony and ocean views were a highlight, with many guests enjoying the gorgeous scenery and relaxing atmosphere. Guests also enjoyed the shared pools, beachside setting, fast elevators, on-site restaurant, and family-friendly resort grounds.

Overview

This conveniently located condo in Gulf Shores features a shared pool and hot tub, as well as an easy walk to restaurants, the warm sand, and water. It also has a private washer/dryer and cable TV, making it the perfect home base for all your Alabama getaway adventures. Fort Morgan is nine miles away and offers boat launches, water views, and concessions. The Alabama Gulf Zoo and Gulf State Park are also a short drive away, with boardwalks, picnic areas, and sand dunes. Twenty miles away, Adventure Island offers family fun while Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry is ideal for hiking and biking. Nearby Hummingbird Ziplining offers the longest course in Alabama. Things to know: Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15. Access to resort amenities and parking areas may be limited.

We arrived around 4:30. I used the restroom (#1) and when I flushed the toilet it would not flush. I called vacasa and told them it needed to be fixed we weren't staying anywhere where we had no restroom to use. They sent a message to the owner and said we would hear back soon. It took us calling 3 more times and over 3 hours later to get help. When help finally came he took a snake to unclog it and slung toilet water everywhere. It was on walls and on sink just everywhere in bathroom. The nastiest thing I've ever seen a company do!!! The main closet had what looked to be poop going down the door like a kid smeared it. This was our 10 year anniversary and the plans we had were ruined waiting on them to come fix issues. Don't waste your money because the owner does not care!! Another main thing the pics they posted makes it look like you're beach front but you're literally over two pools and a tennis court which isn't shown!!! Don't fall for it. Worst vacation experience ever!!!!

The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. We cooked quite a bit and even grilled out one evening. Great location within the resort, being in the middle of everything. Happy to have a washer/dryer in the unit.

This place was perfect for our family of four. We could have had more guest with the pull out couch. The location was just far enough away from everything you got the relaxing feel, but close enough if you wanted to go out for diner it wasnt a big deal. There a little pizza place on the way that is a must try. The entire place was clean including the pool and beach. There were people cleaning every morning. We absolutely loved this place and plan to return next year!

We decided very last minute to take a trip. Found this wonderful place right on the beach. Cheaper than a hotel. Lots of great amenities, great view. The room was perfect. Would definitely recommend and choose this place again!!
