A great place to stay and view the ocean

This was a terrible experience. We had not shampoo, conditioner, or boy wash which was suppose to be an amenity. The bed was sunken in and seemed broken at the base. I reached out to Vacasa for help. They completely ignored me. Then I requested a refund and still ignoring me.

We’ve stayed at Plantation Bldg 5 many times before. We love the facility and amenities. However, not unit 5303. This unit has a super hard uncomfortable mattress which made it difficult to sleep. Also no blankets on bed.
