Inside this air-conditioned condo, you'll find an open floor plan, a mirrored wall that maximizes the natural light, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead outside to the balcony. Enjoy a full kitchen and dining space, a living room with a flatscreen TV, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. Lighthouse comes with a host of amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach. You'll be a quarter-mile from Gulf State Park, three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf State Park Pier, and three-quarters of a mile from the Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions. Loved the resort amenities (indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center). Mattresses in both bedrooms were comfortable. Living area recliner was old and stained. Sofa sleeper was old and broken down. Cushions were depressed, resulting in sitting on the hard sleeper bed. It was so uncomfortable that you had to stand every twenty minutes or so to relieve pain. Tile floor was chipped all over the unit and the grout was stained, giving the impression that the floor was always dirty. Countertops in both baths and the kitchen were split at the seams and repaired with white epoxy caulk. Wood inside master bath cabinet was splitting apart, with the bottom and wood side separating. Appeared to be mold under the cabinets. Kitchen cookware lacked usable frying pans. One pan's non-stick coating was peeling; the other pan had scorched, sticky foot residue that couldn't come off after two days of soaking and scrubbing. Requests to Vacasa for replacement frying pan was denied, citing "frying pans are not one of the unit's listed amenities." Requests to the owner via Vacasa to replace the broken down sofa were denied. We booked a different condo for next year. We would not return to Unit 1607 unless it received major repairs and upgrades.

A great view! Rooms were clean. Issues with the stove, two burners weren’t working. You all got one of them fixed. Lights in the clings in both bags were partially working. Great elevators!

The condo served its purpose. The Lighthouse is a great location to stay. It’s close to most of the restaurants and shopping. The views of the beach were amazing. That’s a requirement for us when booking a condo. If you can’t see the beach and hear the waves crash on the beach it’s not worth staying. The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable of the property. Would stay at the Lighthouse again.

Loved this condo! It was roomy and clean. The air worked great and the rooms had ceiling fans so we slept great while we were there. I would definitely stay here again!
