Amazing beachfront home with private balcony, deck, central AC, free WiFi

We have stayed in this complex several times in March. This was our first Jan. trip and first time in this building and unit. As always the condo and grounds did not disappoint. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we weren't walking the beach. The condo had plenty of dishes and glasses, and an ice maker. The counter area in the hallway was a great place to store our food. We are already planning to return for a longer visit next year in January as we liked how uncrowded and quiet the area was. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

Location, location, location! Close to the beach, 2 outdoor pools, the indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony. Fantastic!

I like plantations east

I have never been so disappointed with Vacasa as I was during this stay. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the refrigerator wasn’t working. Since we brought over $500 worth of groceries to cook meals for the entire week, this was a huge problem. I contacted Vacasa right away, and they told me they would notify the “local staff.” A full day passed with no response or communication. I reached out again, and was told the same thing — that a technician would contact me. But no one ever showed up, not once during our entire stay. As a result, most of our food spoiled and we ended up throwing away nearly $400 worth. Despite contacting Vacasa every single day, we were completely ignored. To make matters worse: We found small bugs in the bed. Thankfully they weren’t bed bugs, but still extremely unsettling. The pool was closed for “maintenance” the entire week — something we were not informed about ahead of time. The washer and dryer were right next to the room, and someone decided to do laundry at 12:20am, which made sleeping nearly impossible unless you had earplugs. This was a truly awful experience made worse by Vacasa’s total lack of customer service. No response, no resolution, no accountability. If you're considering staying here — or booking through Vacasa — think twice. We expected a relaxing vacation and instead dealt with stress, wasted money, and zero support.

The property is on a nice resort. It was overall clean. The leather couch is pretty worn. A couple of things that were a slight inconvenience is the washer and dryers take quarters and there was no place to make change on the property. Sassy Bass wouldn’t, local gas station, and Walmart. Bring quarters because the app doesn’t work?! This was our second tine renting this property and we were told we would get a discount at the second rental and no one at Vacassa responded to my message. The view is perfect, the pools are nice, nice place for families to gather. The water was very muddy and merky and we were wondering if it was due to the shrimp boats that were 100 yards out from the beach..??

The process was very simple. From booking to directions. Vacasa di a great job. Will definitely use them again. Home was nice. Exactly as shown on website. Enjoyed the short time we had to spend there.
