One bedroom on the ground floor makes a great base for your Rocky Point getaway. 1 to 4 guests will enjoy being right in the center of the Resort's pool area. You really feel the beach in this one. The unit itself is decked out with all that you need, including a King bed in the master. 24/7 security and gated parking, restaurant and coffee shop, swim up bar and more. No elevators to get to either the pool side, or to your car in the parking lot. Extremely convenient location!

The bedroom and bathroom make a private suite, with a King bed, TV, dresser, and mirrored closet.The bathroom has separate areas for the vanity, and the shower with a bath tub as well. The cozy living room has TV, comfortable sofa, dining table, and kitchen with leather stools.

On site you will enjoy a pickle ball court, great swimming pools and jacuzzis, a large workout room with view, convenience store, and a great restaurant off of the ornate lobby. There is an outdoor activity center for arranging jet ski rides, kayak rentals, and more.
