One-story house in the private community of Costa del Mar with 24-hour security one block from the sea access, ideal for up to 8 to 10 people with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and private parking for one car and community area with pool, tennis court, multipurpose court, pickle ball, low traffic flow, ideal for walking and biking.

The main room has a TV with Netflix and its own bathroom, and the other two rooms have a shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for your stay: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and complete dishes.

The dining room is perfectly suited for 4 people and, additionally, the kitchen bar has four stools to sit down and enjoy a delicious breakfast or a nice dinner.

You can relax enjoying the TV with access to Netflix and Sky satellite cable service in the living room, in the bar with a pool table, or you can also enjoy the patio that is equipped with a charcoal grill and a table with concrete benches outside the house.

The unit is close to bars, restaurants, kayak rental services, Jet Sky, banana boat and yachting.

Laundry room with washer and dryer available.
