Unit 103 is the perfect first-floor retreat with an east-facing patio, offering easy access to Carpinteria State Beach. Just 14 steps from the building's entrance, you'll be stepping directly onto the sand!

This cozy unit features a newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with marble countertops and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Inside, there's seating for four at the dining table and additional outdoor seating on the patio, including a table, comfy couch, and chair with a coffee table.

The unit includes two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to four people. If needed, feel free to bring your own twin blow-up mattress and linens for a 5th person. Both rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and cable so you can unwind with your favorite shows. The bathroom boasts a beautiful walk-in shower, and the living room opens to a lovely patio with grassy space—perfect for family fun and relaxation in the sun, just steps from the beach.

There's a communal washer/dryer on-site and a gated parking lot for your convenience. An outdoor shower, both full-body and foot, is available near a private gate to the beach. Plus, enjoy the BBQ and entertainment area for outdoor cooking and socializing.
