The beach entrance is conveniently located just to the right of the home with stairway access down to the sandy shores. This brand new home has a two-car garage and two-car carport. Entering the house, you have a beautiful well-lit foyer with a skylight. To the right of the entrance, you'll discover the office space with a desk, two chairs, and a bookcase. Continue thru the foyer, you enter a cozy reading room with two chairs and a lamp. To the left is the entrance to the first guest bedroom with a queen bed, and ensuite with a walk-in shower.

Through the cozy sitting area, you enter into the great room with the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The back wall of the house is glass doors that can be folded open for added warmth and ambiance to the home. The kitchen has solid stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a central island. The dining table for six is accented with a beautiful chandelier and is centered in the room to take advantage of the views. The living room has a sofa, two comfortable chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. To the right of the living room is a small nook with a desk.

The downstairs area of the home has radiant heating on the floors, which makes for a pleasant, comfortable environment on the rare occasion that we have cold weather. The back wall of the home has glass doors that you can open to enjoy the fantastic Santa Barbara weather.

The backyard has a heated pool, and spa. A convenient child safety fence can be placed around the pool or removed depending on the ages of the children in your group. There is also an outdoor shower after the pool or for washing the sand and saltwater off after coming back from the beach.

From the backyard, we have a small paved brick trail that leads to the view deck at the edge of the bluff. I can't think of a better place to sit with a local Santa Barbara wine and watch the sunset over the Pacific ocean.

The upstairs of this home is air-conditioned and has the master suite, one guest bedroom, and an ocean view balcony running along the length of the house. The master suite has a comfortable California king bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a cozy chair in the corner. The sliding door leads out to the balcony and has two chairs and a table. The ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a tub, and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom closet is spacious and well organized with built-in drawers and hangers.

The guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and access to the ocean view balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Adjacent to the two bedrooms is the large laundry room with a new washer and dryer.
