There is a dining table inside that seats 6. There is also an outdoor table for six on the back deck that is accessed through the kitchen's French doors.

A chef's gas BBQ can help bring an essential flame-broiled flavor to every meal. In the mornings, you can grab your cup of Joe from the Keurig coffee maker before you head out for a fun day of activities. At the end of your day, you may want to enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail by the outdoor gas fire pit with a built-in wrap-around bench. Both bedrooms, and the master bathroom, have modern ceiling fans to help keep the in-room climate to your liking. There is a private deck off the second bedroom for another view of the gleaming ocean. Both bedrooms have flat-panel TVs, and the Master bath has a large and welcoming newly remodeled walk-in tile shower.

This is practically a secret gem, Shhhh... don't tell anyone!) - Padaro Beach 2.7 miles (limited parking and you walk over railroad tracks so be alert, watch the kids and get here early for a good parking space) - Carpinteria State Beach 5.7 miles (Known as the worlds safest beach) - Butterfly Beach 3.0 miles(limited parking but worth it for the views.) And, of course, one of the best surf beaches on earth, Rincon, is only 9 miles to the South.
