Sanctuary #11 - FOUR BEDROOM, FOUR BATH - BEDDING: Master King, BR #2 King, BR #3 Queen, BR #4 Pyramid Bunk Beds (2). You will find this home warm and inviting, the ideal place to unwind after a long day. This house has three decks with breathtaking views. Relax in the 6-person hot tub while admiring the night sky. Binge-watch your favorite shows with the adults on Roku or Direct TV. The younger group has 4 other TVs for entertainment. The home sleeps 12 and will easily fit 2 or 3 families. 8 adults max, please. The Village is a 5 minute drive or shuttle ride away. The village is bustling with activities, shops, restaurants, and bars.

All wheel drive or four wheel vehicles are recommended in the winter.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, and Free On Call Resort Shuttle Service, which runs from Soaring Eagle Lift and Lodge to the Village, Western Territory, and Silver Creek areas - all of which are included with a standard lift ticket.

Updated House Rules:

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file.

~ No Smoking or Vaping

~ No large gatherings

~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM

~ Check out time is 10:00 AM

~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.

~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
