Private pool and fenced backyard in a quiet Savannah southside neighborhood, walking distance to Savannah Botanical Gardens and 15 minutes by car to Historic District and Forsyth Park. Full kitchen, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture make this a home base for families and friend groups exploring downtown attractions while staying outside the tourist zone. Pet-friendly with secure fencing — built for travelers who want room to relax between adventures.

The space

Our privacy fence sustained some damage during the recent hurricane, and repairs are currently in progress. Thank you for your understanding!

The pool is open year-round (not heated) and offers a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The backyard includes comfortable seating and a grill, perfect for enjoying time outdoors.

We provide weekly pool maintenance to keep everything clean and ready for you. Service visits are brief and will not disrupt your stay, though technicians will need access to the backyard on service day.

Main Floor

- Upon entry, you're welcomed into a foyer with stairs leading upstairs and a hallway that opens into the main living area.

- The living room features a queen pull-out sofa and a 50" Roku TV, ideal for relaxing after a day out.

- Just off the living room is a fully stocked eat-in kitchen and a separate dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms:

- A spacious primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a garden tub and shower

- Three queen bedrooms

- An additional full bathroom with a tub

Please note: Two of the upstairs queen bedrooms are connected, and you must walk through one to access the other.
