Note: stairs connect the different levels—the layout gives you space and views, but you'll use those stairs a few times a day. Four generously sized bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom attached. This setup is gold for groups—no bathroom bottlenecks, no morning logistics headaches. Plenty of fresh linens and extra blankets provided. KITCHEN & COOKING The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals from scratch: quality cookware, baking tools, cooking basics, and a multiple sets of dishes and silverware. Large dining table seats 12—no one eats on a card table or standing at the counter. An additional kitchen area in the game room means multiple people can prep, cook, or grab snacks without crowding each other. Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. This kitchen is designed for groups who like to cook together or take turns feeding the crew. ENTERTAINMENT SPACES Movie Theater Room — An actual dedicated theater with 9 reclining theater chairs. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and basic cooking supplies are provided. Kayaks are available for guest use from the dock. The dock is accessible for water activities and provides ideal viewing points for sunrise and sunset moments.

Boat & Trailer Parking Notice Guests planning to bring a boat should be aware that parking and maneuvering a boat trailer may be limited due to narrow roads, steep driveways, limited turnaround space, and parking restrictions. Trailer access and on-site trailer parking cannot be assumed. We strongly recommend contacting us prior to arrival if you plan to bring a boat so we can help you determine the best launch, parking, and storage options for your specific property and vessel.
