The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old. We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25. A valid ID may be required at check-in to verify age compliance.

Private Pool: The pool is available for guest use from the beginning of April to the end of September.

Canyon Lake Water Levels: Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
