This place was amazing! It’s just around the corner from downtown Gruene and only a short drive to the river. The home was spotless, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 11. It had everything we needed and more. Absolutely the perfect spot to relax, explore, and enjoy all the activities in the area. We’ll definitely be back—and will definitely use this place on our next trip to Gruene!

The house’s location is great! It is also very spacious. It has two main bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs plus the other two bedrooms. It is right across the street from Rockin R tubing and maybe a mile from Gruene Downtown. The amenities provided are large shampoos, conditioners and body wash in the bathrooms plus bath towels and Scotch toilet paper. The kitchen has a coffee maker, appliances, pots and pans to cook. The refrigerator is huge! Aside from a starter kit that includes dishwasher soap and one pack of detergent to wash clothes, I suggest you bring everything. They do not have cooking supplies, such as seasonings, cooking oil, foil. You will need those items if you plan to cook. We grilled outside, I’m happy we brought our own grill metal spatula and tongs to cook. Overall the house was great! Housekeeping needs to do a better job in cleaning the home. My sister stepped off her bed in one of the rooms and the carpet must have had broken glass because it entered her foot. It took multiple tries to get the glass out of her heel. Make sure they set the temperature prior to your arrival. The house was 78 degrees when we arrived and it took a few hours for it to cool down.
