Evergreen Retreat

My family and I enjoyed staying, everything we needed was available, excellent and well maintained. The location was perfect for quick access to the very cool places in San Antonio. We were in town to celebrate the graduation of a new Airman and there was plenty of room to relax for everyone.

We decided last minute to take a quick mini vacation to San Antonio. The house was perfect for our family of four. Quick and easy to get in. The layout wasn’t what we expected (secondary bedrooms on the first floor) but it worked out with our children sleeping in a room downstairs and my husband and I in the master on the second level with the kitchen. It’s convenient and close to the Riverwalk and Pearl. Just 20 minutes from Seaworld. Everything was clean and ready for our stay.

Spotlessly clean. Lots of space and extremely comfortable. Loved the fact that there was plenty of parking. We chose to park on the street as our truck was slightly too long to fit in the otherwise large garage. Lovely house. The balcony was great as well

My friends and I stayed in this home for the week. It was our first time in San Antonio, and we found the home to be well located. We didn't get to the house until almost midnight and had no issues getting inside. Safety was one of the biggest factors in selecting where we stayed, and we never felt unsafe during our time here. We only had one vehicle on the property, but parking in the garage was definitely a little tight, especially when the neighbor directly across parked their truck outside of their garage. We ended up parking our car at an angle in the garage after our first night and had no problems getting in or out. The home itself was just like the photos. It was clean and had enough household supplies to hold us over for the duration of our stay. There was only three of us, so space was not a problem and we appreciated the 3 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms. The only real issue we had was the outside noise. Every morning, and it was only the one time every morning, I would wake up to what sounded like a dump truck backing up, clanking noise, and the truck being accelerated. You could hear people revving their cars in the middle of the night like they were right beside of the house, and my friends also told me that they could hear the people from the restaurant in front of the house from their rooms downstairs. Outside noise is obviously not something that can be fixed and isn't something that would make us not stay here again. Overall, we had no major complaints about our reservation. Vacasa did a great job with communicating with me. They constantly sent emails reminding me of our reservation and information of the home. They also sent emails and text messages during our stay.

We came back for a repeat visit to The Pearl area and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property again. Clean and cozy. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. It's mostly quiet neighborhood at night. Kitchen has large refrigerator, deep sink and sleek microwave. The garage is clean and easy in/out. When we get a chance to visit again, we will definitely reserve this place!
