House Rules: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note the pool is covered during January and February.

Boat Ramp & Water Level Update: Due to severe drought conditions, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are currently closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on lake water levels and boat access, please visit the Canyon Lake Website.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
