Property Rules: Six wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals. Wristbands must be returned to the red basket in the unit or there will be a charge for each missing or damaged band. Please note that the fireplace is not operable.

Great location with walkability to all that downtown New Braunfels has to offer. Also a quick, convenient ride to Gruene. Good location for the river also.

We had 3 poeple for less than a week. It was great. Kitchen was stocked with several basic items. AC working great. Easy to walk from river or from the pool and hot tub. Easy parking right in front. The grounds pool and hot tub are a delight. Easy walk to float the river from garden street bridge or to walk all the way to prince somes park with your own tubes. We did both. The grounds have their own exit on the river also. It is steep, and very steep to climb out of the river. But the public exit is just as difficult. The room has a back patio that we used frequently to dry clothes. The washer and dryer were great to have handy. One bedroom is kept dark from sun and makes a great place to nap after sunrise. The other bedroom does get a lot of sun and will likely wake you when the sun comes up if you are used to darkness to sleep. It was a great condo. Great trip. I choose non-busy times of the year and that was a great help also to see the empty pool and empty parking lot.

Great location on the Comal. Near downtown, walking distance to the river and Schlitterbahn. Park style grills with picnic seating were nice. Assigned car port parking. The unit was nice and felt like home, however the details in the cleaning are definitely lacking.
