Really enjoyed how close the condo was to Gruene Square. It worked great for us for the 3 nights we stayed there. It could use a few adjustments/improvements but otherwise it was a good place to stay. It would not be the ideal place if you are looking for water access as we saw no place to get it safely. Great views of the river when you went down the stairs/path.

This unit was clean and ready for our arrival. This condo was located in walking distance to everything in Gruene. It was a nice condo, but we had trouble with ants in the kitchen, WIFI didn’t work and the parking.

Location was perfect for walking to everything in Gruene. Condo was exactly as pictured and fully equipped as listed. The balcony looks over the river which was difficult to see with trees. The steps leading down to the river are steep but great leg work. The host was very prompt answering all questions. Our only negative was the check in at 4 and check out at 10 but that did not ruin a wonderful weekend.

Overall it served its purpose, however, too much large furniture in such a small space ... sleeps 8 but clearly not enough seats to sit and eat comfortably or gather around and enjoy each others company....Be CAREFUL in the showers... you could fall very easily as there is no grip on the shower flooring and is very slippery!
