Private Casita: The 4th bedroom is a separate suite on the second level, accessed via exterior stairs at the end of the house.

Policies: No hunting, smoking, or fireworks of any kind are permitted. The firepit can only be used when there is no local burn ban in effect; firewood is not provided. The private pool is professionally cleaned every Friday.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
