Please note that the pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub or Jacuzzi, but the natural beauty surrounding it more than makes up for it.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old. We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25. A valid ID may be required at check-in to verify age compliance.

Pet-Friendly: This home is pet-friendly and can accommodate up to 2 dogs (fees may apply).

Pool Maintenance: Please note that the pool is serviced on Mondays and Thursdays.

Policies: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Boat Ramp Update: Due to recent increases in water levels, some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18, and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
