Situated in the heart of this full-service, gated community, our home is just a 3-minute stroll from the resort's clubhouse and amenities and a short 20-minute drive from the entrance to the Disney Parks. Conveniently located near Publix Grocery Store, shopping, and restaurants, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Step inside to discover a welcoming and thoughtfully renovated space, featuring fresh carpet, paint, and new appliances. With two parking spots right outside and a host of family-friendly extras, you'll feel at home the moment you arrive. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, offering everything from pots and pans to a Keurig Coffee Machine stocked with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. We've even included those small but important touches like dish soap, paper towels, and garbage bags, so you can relax and focus on making memories. The cozy living and dining areas are perfect for spending quality time together. Sink into the comfortable sofa and loveseat in the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable or a family movie on the DVD player. Step out onto the patio to bask in the Florida sunshine or gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats six, for a delicious meal. When it's time to rest, our bedrooms offer something for everyone. The upstairs master suite is a serene retreat with a king-size bed featuring a Casper mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, and a private balcony where you can enjoy warm Florida evenings. The downstairs master suite, ideal for elderly or disabled guests, includes a queen bed with a Casper mattress, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Children will love the themed bedrooms—one whisking them away to the world of Harry Potter and the other immersing them in Disney magic—both featuring twin beds, fun décor, and their own flat-screen TVs. We've gone above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy in-home WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, and plenty of extras like a pack n' play, high chair, stroller, pool toys, and a medium-sized cooler for picnics. Towels, blankets, pillows, and bed bug protectors are also provided for your peace of mind. Beyond the comforts of our home, Regal Palms Resort offers incredible amenities for guests of all ages. Relax in one of the two large pools, float along the lazy river, or enjoy the water slide and zero-entry pool for younger guests. The hot tub, heated to a soothing 104 degrees, is perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The resort also features a gym, spa, tiki bar, Frankie Farrell's Pub and Grille, and fun activities like tennis, volleyball, and the kid-friendly Banana Jack's arcade. Located just minutes from some of Florida's top attractions, you'll find Disney Parks only 9 miles away, Universal Studios 23 miles away, and Legoland just 27 miles from your doorstep. THINGS TO KNOW:

* Guests will use their own Netflix log in credentials.

* Guests must pay a $20 + tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.

Incidental Deposit: Guests are required to leave a $100 refundable deposit for the wristbands at check-in. As long as the wristbands are returned at the end of their stay, the full $100 deposit is refunded.
