This lovingly laid out condo highlights all the fun aspects of Storey Lake Resort, including a water view you can enjoy and a convenient location close to shared amenities like pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, a fitness room, sport courts, and much more. But when you walk through the townhouses's front door, you'll find plenty to love inside. Central air conditioning cools off the entire space, and natural light floods in from multiple windows and two private furnished balconies. The sprawling living room features plenty of space for everyone to sit down, as well as a foosball table for those looking for a fun time. Prepare a complete meal in the full kitchen (which features a farm sink and a gorgeous French door fridge, among appliances big and small) or keep it simple with some beverages from the wet bar. The extra-long corner sofa in the living room is perfect for playing board games into the night. Each bedroom in this home features a unique design scheme, and each of them are spaced out from each other to guarantee privacy.

This resort has two incredible clubhouses:

The Hideaway Club: 4715 Kings Castle Cir, Kissimmee, FL 34746 (24-minute walking distance from the house)

Minutes from Orlando's top theme parks: Walt Disney Resort (13 min), Animal Kingdom (15 min), Epcot (18 min), Magic Kingdom (20 min) and Sea World (20 min). Travel times may vary due to traffic.

Parking: Communal parking is available in front of home. First-come, first-served. There is no assigned parking. Designated "guest" parking spaces also available.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge

1 dishwasher soap

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Please note that washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
