Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

I love how the condo was upgraded to everything from the TV to the AC unit Wi-Fi was great
Great location for many places to go. Very clean and had a modern look which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
The location was great. Easy to always get a park in front of the apartment. The decor and layout was just like the photos. I booked a 35 day stay here and the only part I did not like and why my rating is not 5 stars is because the queen mattresses in both rooms were horrible. They were so soft and unsupportive. I would have easily stayed again and recommended it to others but I CANNOT recommend this location to any adult who does not want to develop back pain. When I contacted Vacasa they basically said “too bad” OR I would have to pay for a fix myself as a guest that already gave them thousands of dollars! SMH. This stay made me value hotels. Never again.
We were so happy with our stay! The home was clean, bright, and spacious. There was plenty of room and everyone felt at home.
