Before my family and I arrived, I was e-mailed all the information to enter the property. When I had a question it was someone always available to answer my questions. When entering the rental property we were met with a very clean home, with all the amenities that we needed. Bed rooms very spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. Every bedroom had their own personal bathroom and shower. Which was great, it made it easy for everyone get ready in a timely manner. We definitely rent again.

The house was neat and clean when we arrived. Stayed there for 8 nights. It was good experience. Internet and cable was available. There were few help we needed and we were able to get our issues addressed with messages. I would book it again.

This unit was very nice and clean only thing I didn't like is that there is no internet and you can't use the wifi so you can't watch TV....I feel this is a must for families with young children

- Staircase has a weird wooden lip that makes it extremely uncomfortable to descend - had to wear shoes in order to go down the stairs - two broken beds - Wifi wasn’t working when we got there and we were told it could not be addressed until days later due to whatever sort of plan they have?? - no hot water whatsoever - after several (SEVERAL) calls to Vacasa we had people show up, only to leave because they didn’t know where the water heater was. - Later had someone come back, and see that the gas line had been red tagged and shut off, meaning that the owners absolutely had to have known about that ahead of time and said nothing - there was no way that would have been resolved within our stay - the only good thing to say was that after all of our several calls with Vacasa, we were able to get into a different house and we were able to leave this place behind - it’s a shame because the house looks lovely inside, but after all of the issues, the little things you expect to deal with were no longer little things
