The home was clean and what was expected. The front door key pad was very finicky and misfunctioning making getting in a problem throughout the stay. The bar chairs were so unsteady and squeaky we weee not able to use them.

Enjoyed the home it was big enough to accommodate my family of 5 only thing the microwave didn’t work but it was replaced on our last night I use the oven instead but glad the owner was very considerate to replace it during my stay also another issue I had on my last night the neighbor to the right made us feel uncomfortable we was cleaning up around the pool and my kids laughed when I slip in the pool accidentally she threatened to call the police said they was waking up the whole neighborhood because they laughed they wasn’t even loud because my toddler was sleep in the room why the patio door to the room entry for the pool was wide open he didn’t even flinched I had no issues with the neighbors my whole visit kids played throughout the house and outside by the pool other than that the place is awesome

Pleasant check in with clear instructions and immediate response to any questions on day 1 . Then everything was as advertised with no surprises - clean and spacious home , in a nice safe , gated community ! Was very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere . We enjoyed our stay very much !
