Inside, the home features a bright and welcoming living area with comfortable seating, a TV, and a sofa bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Multiple levels, a spacious loft, and comfortably furnished bedrooms provide plenty of room for families and groups to relax without feeling crowded. Located within Windsor Island Resort, the property offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, water parks, and Orlando's world-famous theme parks. Guests can also enjoy the resort's newest attraction, the Rock Wall Climbing Adventure (Additional fee apply). Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and all guests aged 16 and older must be registered with security before entering the community.

· Parking: Parking available in designated areas in front of the house. Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 3 registered vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be in designated areas only. Please adhere to these rules to avoid towing, fines, or denied entry.

Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.

Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies, per pet, only if bringing pets.

Shared community amenities like multiple pools, a lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, Game Zone, Full gym and more.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge in the kitchen

1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines:

POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist.

ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and hot tub area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted. Parking on the grass or blocking sidewalks is strictly prohibited. One Side Street Parking: Vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. Please be aware of the signs posted. No street parking is allowed on Kaipo Rd. No street parking on some of Summer Dr, Aloha Blvd, and Mahalo Dr. Please pay attention to the signs posted.

Unauthorized Parking: Cars are subject to towing if parked in unauthorized areas. Driveway Parking: If a vehicle extends into the street, it will be towed. Ensure all vehicles are fully within the driveway, blocking the sidewalk is also prohibited. Violations can be towed without warning from 8PM to 7AM Parking Passes: All passes must be clearly visible on the vehicle's dashboard. Open lot parking - first come first serve, available for Townhomes.
