Pros- clean and good location Cons- wish I had read other reviews more carefully - several small issues which I have addressed with Vacasa; and one major one for potential renters: Elevator does not work and apparently hasn’t for years. This unit is on the 3rd floor. If you have mobility issues this unit is not for you.

the facility and condo was nice but the lack of support before and during my stay was terrible your rules and AI communication was very difficult to work with . when i would like to speak to some i want to talk to a live person not a AI bot
