Pros- clean and good location Cons- wish I had read other reviews more carefully - several small issues which I have addressed with Vacasa; and one major one for potential renters: Elevator does not work and apparently hasn’t for years. This unit is on the 3rd floor. If you have mobility issues this unit is not for you.

the facility and condo was nice but the lack of support before and during my stay was terrible your rules and AI communication was very difficult to work with . when i would like to speak to some i want to talk to a live person not a AI bot

We found this place last minute West snowbirds from up from Maine we come down for the winter we had an incident happened that caused us to have to stay longer so we found this on short notice we stayed a little over 3 weeks and yeah we had a good time I mean we relaxed and did what we wanted to do get away from the cold and the snow I don't have anything really bad to say it was good communication with the property management so very satisfied thank you Tim
