Conveniently close to restaurants, shops, the world's greatest theme parks, and access to I-4, this newly built, two-story townhouse is a dream vacation destination! Venture out a bit to discover a number of additional attractions including the Celebration Golf Club, the Orange County National Golf Club, Disney Springs, and the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, all less than 20 miles from your door. Sunlit, spacious, and very stylish, this modern home boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a breakfast bar. Gather together for mealtimes or family game nights in the adjacent dining area and then settle into the plush sectional in the living area to watch TV into the evening. Step outside into your screened lanai and indulge in a refreshing swim in your very own private pool. This townhouse also features central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

An EV charging station is available in the nearby Aldi's shopping center.

Parking: Per resort regulations, a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit are allowed. All vehicles must have a valid parking permit clearly displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit may be ticketed and are subject to towing. Parking on the grass, in fire lanes, or parking unauthorized, abandoned, or inoperable vehicles is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate towing without notice.

Optional Services & Fees (Only If Applicable)

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.

Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day)

Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).

BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
