Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND GRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

The unit was wonderful to stay in.
Great location, clean , most things updated.
The condo was clean & safe. The property is within a guard less gated community, accessible by a keypad. This unit was on the ground floor with easy access. The interior was very clean and modern, with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, great for families. The utilities were up to date & worked well. There’s a Public’s Supermarket, several restaurants, a 711 & a gas station within a mile of the property. Very convenient. The only complaint we had was a fire alarm with a bad battery that literally chirped every 2 minutes. I contacted the operations manager who he said he would take care of it, but didn’t do it while we were there. It’s a little thing, but irritating when watching TV or trying to sleep. Over all, we would stay here again.
The place is well appointed, the Tv is good the rooms are clean and roomy. Safe area.
The apartment was nice and tidy and felt like home with high quality of furniture etc. Close to the pool and inly 20-25 minutes to the parks. Great!
