Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).

BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).

Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes (The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in).

Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.

Title says it all. We were rudely awaken by the homeowner trying to enter the house on our final night at 3am. We thought that it may be a home invasion, only to be shouted at "What are you doing here, this is my house, you need to leave!". I collected the booking and told her that we have the place booked and were not leaving till the following day, after more shouting she checked her app which showed we were due to leave the day after. This was not how we expected to finish our holiday. She let us know that a person had been in the home that day to clean, so not only had we been awaken at 3am, someone had been in the house without our knowledge. Talk about lack of safety. This is unacceptable. When we arrived, there was a ceiling fan and light in the living room that was broken and had wires hanging out. We contacted Vacasa to fix, and were told someone would come. No one came to fix this dangerous light fitting. The outside waste bins, garbage and recycling were totally full. We were unable to put any waste in the bins and contacted Vacasa to ask when someone would collect the waste. They first told me that someone would come to remove the waste, but only after a number of days when I contacted again, did they say i needed to put it out. They did not state which bins on which day. I finally had to look this up for the neighbourhood online. When I did put the general waste bin out, i had to contend with the bin overflowing and writhing with maggots. The recycling was so compacted that only half the bin emptied. I would not rent from Vacasa again, or use this home.
