The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 USD per day)

Game room featuring a pool table and Ping-Pong table, plus a foosball table upstairs for additional entertainment

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge in the kitchen

1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen

1 paper towel roll in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring any additional supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to help you get settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available in the home. Please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and Guidelines for Your Comfort

POOL: The pool is cleaned weekly, whether or not the property is occupied. If you would like advance notice of the service visit, please let us know to avoid any inconvenience. Please do not tamper with any pool equipment. If assistance is needed, we will be happy to arrange for a specialist.

ATTENTION: This house has no jacuzzi; the jets and hot tub (spa) area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

PARTIES/EVENTS: No parties, events, or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have hosted a party without host permission that results in additional cleaning requirements, they will be responsible for the associated charges. In the event that disturbances alert neighbors, community patrols may contact local authorities, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

SMOKING AND DRUGS: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of possessing and/or using illegal drugs anywhere on the property or within the community, authorities will be contacted, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

DISTURBANCES: All guests must abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from engaging in illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor noise, or noise that can be heard outside the home, should be kept to a minimum at all times and in accordance with local noise ordinances.
