Several issues including being locked out of rental at night. Restroom downstairs had weak/slow flush so couldn't use it. Master bedroom had double sink. One of the sinks had slow drain as well as gunk would come up in sink. One of the stove knows would come off if you tried to turn it on. This is dangerous because it was a gas stove. We decided to eat out and not use it due to safety. Dirty knife was in sink upon arrival. Dirty pot in cabinet (had food in bottom of it...disgusting). Sheets and pillow cases had blood on them in master bedroom. Sham looked dingy. The list goes on. The home is beautifully decorated but all these issues are too much especially when Noone took it seriously. Everyone brushed it off as if it was nothing. They gave a weak apology as if they were just trying to pacify me. Then hour and half before I was supposed to check out, cleaning lady shows up asking when I was leaving. Then she parked behind me and sat in her vehicle until we checked out a few minutes before our checkput time. This was uncomfortable. Someone was supposed to contact me in order to speak with me about the issues upon heck out but noone did. Unfortunately, Vacasa will not be my choice to rent from because of how I was treated.

Second time in this house and it was amazing as expected. You well fell your are at your own house

The home itself is beautiful and conveniently located. However, Vacasa has really missed the mark with routine maintenance. The first night of my stay the smoke alarms were going off so loud that I had to vacate, despite me removing the battery. The next day when the technician arrived, he said there was no way I could have fixed it myself since everything was hardwired. Next, the refrigerator had a light on which stated that the filter needed changed. Next, the Keurig machine didn’t work and there was no back up coffee machine. These are routine matters that should be checked on a regular schedule but it seems they are being neglected. water filter was

This is a lovely home away from home, very clean and perfect location. The furniture was comfortable; We will book this home again!

We loved the warmth of the house itself as well as the community. It’s close proximity to all the parks and shopping locations. The decoration and ambience were top notch. The kitchen is spectacular.
