The condo had all of the dishes we needed, but the one of the showers didn’t work.

I arrived December 11, 2025 @ 8Pm to a unit that was not clean, ceiling fans was dusty. Vents look like they where never cleaned. Infestation of roaches crawling all over the kitchen and in the fridge, also in the microwave, and in the shower. You can take showers with the roaches, since they where crawling all over the unit. Called multiple times to be relocated to another unit, And the owner stated a few roaches does not warrant a transfer and that I had to stay in this unit and the owner would not refund my money. Had to get rent another place to stay because the owner refused to help me. Now the owner is refusing to pay me the three day that i did not stay in the unit.

The unit was in a quiet hotel setting . But close to restaurants and walking distance to stores and dining .

Check in and out was smooth. All utensils all glassware plates bowls enough for 4 people. Layout is adorable bathrooms in both bedrooms. Close toe everything walking distance to many restaurants to eat and places to go. Close to Icon Park.
