Overall apartment, very nice A few small issues one bedroom with a large bed bathroom head low shower pressure in bed with way too soft for me all the bedroom very nice no issues at all living room kitchen area no issues. Would have no problem staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay overall — the place was comfortable, and we really appreciated the starter kit with detergent and other essentials. The Wi-Fi worked well once we got connected, though we weren’t able to receive the password until the next morning since we checked in after business hours. A couple of things could be improved: the mattress in the queen bedroom was quite bumpy and not very comfortable, and the water pressure in that bathroom was noticeably low compared to the other one. Even with these small issues, me and my friends still had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

I would like to leave an honest review about the apartment we stayed in. In all my years of traveling to Orlando, I have never experienced such a disappointing and even unsafe place to stay. I came here with my child to relax and enjoy our time in Orlando, but from the moment we checked in, it became clear that the apartment was in absolutely unlivable condition. It was emotionally difficult for me to realize that I had brought my child into such an environment. There is mold in the apartment — both on the ceiling and in the carpet — and the place clearly requires major repairs. This is a serious health risk, especially for a child. The carpets are in terrible condition: completely stained, dirty, and with a musty smell that indicates long-term moisture problems. The furniture and appliances are very old and heavily worn; the shower in the master bedroom doesn’t work. The bed linens had someone else’s hair on them, which is absolutely unacceptable for a rental property. When I complained on the first day, I received a compensation of $157, but that does not solve the problem. This apartment cannot be fixed with simple cleaning — only a full renovation and deep sanitation could make it suitable for guests. The only positive thing about this property is its good location near Universal Studios and Volcano Bay. However, in its current condition, it should not be rented to anyone. I have photo and video evidence taken at check-in, and I strongly believe that the platform should inspect this listing before allowing it to be available again.

Overall the rental was decent. The pools were great. Easy access near stores and the parks. The AC worked well but at times was loud. The kitchen burners were really small but if you don't need to cook much, then this shouldn't be an issue.
