The only enjoyable part is the convenience of stores, restaurants, and things to do in the immediate area. Our kids did enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools
The property itself, while slightly dated, was in a great location. Property was clean and everything was functional. The only issue we had was with the front lobby, which we understand may be out of your control. First issue was that the check in instructions stated to go to the lobby and advise how many vehicles we would be parking. The woman at the lobby check in was very rude when she stated that the "instructions were old and no one cares how many d*** cars you have." A few hours later, we contacted the number provided on the check in instructions to ask for the WIFI password and we're told the "f***ing password hasn't changed for a year and y'all need to stop calling" before the associate hung up.
ChatGPT said:We stayed for 4 nights to visit Universal, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. Given the prime location and the unbeatable price, it was hard to find anything that compared. We used Uber to get to Universal each day, and it was just a quick 15-minute ride, costing around $16 round-trip, which was incredibly convenient. If there's one thing I can imagine some people might complain about, it’s that this place leans more toward function than luxury. But for the price, I’d say it’s a small trade-off. Some guests may have unrealistic expectations, expecting a high-end experience when they’ve booked a budget-friendly stay. In my opinion, the value and practicality of the location are completely underrated. I saw some negative reviews before booking, but after experiencing it firsthand, I can confidently say those comments didn’t reflect the true value of the stay.
I had a horrible experience at this property. On the first night there were roaches, which I took pictures and documented. I had originally booked for 6 days and the property management gave me a hard time when I asked to move. First they told me that this was because we were in florida and then they told me that 5 roaches was not an infestation. Finally after two days they moved me. I had to call Vacasa several times over two days along with the property manager. I would NEVER recommend this condo.
The only good thing about this unit was the convenience in location. Other than that, beware of the roaches and the hallways wreaking of a moldy smell.
