Optional Services & Fees

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the requested check-in or check-out time.

BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).

Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day)
