Our Serenity Bay at Watersong Resort

Everything in the house was perfect. House is very spacious and very accommodating for big families. My family and I enjoy the time at Serenity Bay. Customer Service was great and very responsive. Looking forward to book this home in the future. Thank you Vacasa.!

The house was very nice and clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. We saw a lizard on the wall when we arrived and later found a millipede in the bathroom — not the biggest problem, but not ideal either. The biggest concern was the noise sensor. Even though the TV was on at a normal volume and no one was being loud, we still received a call about the noise. It made us feel like we couldn’t fully relax or enjoy ourselves, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel much like a vacation. It’s a beautiful home, but a few changes — especially around guest comfort and communication — could make a big difference.

Very spacious, AC worked amazingly, the pool was wonderful. The cleanliness not so much. The little things found here and there as the stay went kind of disgusted us. Vacasa has offered a refund for the cleaning fee, but we haven't seen it hit our account yet.

This house was absolutely amazing we enjoyed our stay and they casa and Airbnb were very helpful every time we needed them. Only problem we had was about a week before our stay ran out the pool broke and we could no longer swim so that was the biggest downfall and then the neighbor let their dog use the bathroom in our yard and we had to keep cleaning it up but everything else was simply amazing

The community is nice however the house got old and maintenance and pest control are required. There were used dishes in the shelf, there were ants everywhere and we killed 7 flies inside the house. The walls need painting and the house needs pest control. The kitchen lacks tools - there are not spoons enough for a family with 5 and 2 meals; there are not good knifes to cut meat, there were 2 plastic black glasses leaking. The mattresses for all bedrooms are very noise - the entire family complaint to me about it. The game room is in the garage that has no air conditioning, and to get even worse, the pool table is placed on a non-leveled surface - the balls rolls to the end of the table even before you hit it.
