Welcome home! You've made it! This snowbird-friendly pool home is conveniently located in the popular gated Crystal Cove Resort. Enjoy easy access to several major roadways, which makes traveling around the city quite convenient. Walt Disney World and all of its magical, must-visit attractions are eight and a half miles away. A short drive will take you to Lake Toho and several lakes offering fishing, golfing, and dining.

This splendid home has been recently updated to provide you with the ultimate relaxation spot! The star though has to be the screened outdoor pool with a pool hoist. It's perfect for cooling down during the warm summer months and a great way to create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Spend endless hours splashing in the water with the kiddos while the grilling master prepares delicious burgers in the gas BBQ. The poolside patio boasts an outdoor dining table, ideal for alfresco meals and cookouts!

Parking: Parking is available in the driveway, with space for 2 vehicles, including 1 parking space inside the garage. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Please do not block sidewalks or park on the grass.

Additionally, when you book this home, you and your beloved group will have access to the resort's amenities, which include a clubhouse, and a fitness center.

House rules and guidelines for your comfort:

POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.

ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
