The home features bright, open living spaces, a comfortable living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, perfect for sharing meals and moments together. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with plenty of natural light and central A/C to keep everyone cool and relaxed.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the community does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

This home was perfect for what we needed and close to all the local Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport places we wanted to visit.
House was clean and nice ,but phone reception was poor we all had different phones carriers
This place is not the best. You get what you pay for. The beds are absolutely terrible. They are super thin; you can feel the springs and are very loud with every movement. There are small ants infested in the back corner room and hall bathroom. My son was repeatedly bit throughout our 10 days stay! There is very little cookware, blinds missing in both master bedrooms and living room. You will have no full privacy. The garage is not automatic.
What a nice, clean, centrally situated house. Has everything you need, rooms comfortable, nice pool too. Will definitely want to stay here again when in the Orlando area.
