A little condo in a very nice and good neighborhood. Short distance to the Disney parks. At first glance a nice little condo. But with many possibilities to improve. A lot of stuff and equipment needs to be replaced because there are old or broken. -1 Star because a lot of stuff were not working or out of order -1 Star it could be cleaner. On the whole this condo is really nice if you want to relax and enjoy a nice stay in a quite and nice area. If the condo gets an upgrade we would make a 5 star review. The rooms has the perfect size for a small family or some friends. We enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the stuff we mentioned will be fixed, then you have a perfect condo and location.

Pros- Pictures and description pretty accurate. First floor made easy access. Full kitchen with all I needed for cooking. Vacasa had great response time. Nice Pool. Store on site and Tiki bar had good food & beverages: Staff were very nice. Fun activities, sm. gym, sm. game room, pickleball/tennis. Cons- First floor so neighbors above. Pool chairs usually full by 10am on nice days. Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds.

I loved absolutely nothing as soon as I entered the property the unit had no ac they we had to sleep in a hot home an entire night of a promise someone will be out to fix the ac I still was calm about the situation woke up bright and early expecting maintenance will be out early so they wouldn’t hold up my day I work mon-Fri I only have one day to enjoy a day out with my kids I kept getting the run around no one came out until 5 pm and at time the home was suffocating especially not being able to go anywhere do to waiting on the person to come so no one even bothered checking the unit before we arrived. Then none of the rep were any help I was told that these types of rentals are not the same as hotels like no duh I thought the experience was supposed to be better that’s the way these types of homes are advertised so why would I expect to have a traumatic experience
